PURPOSE & ROLE

Fall of 2020 was a tough time for everyone. To keep up with on-line orders when people couldn’t risk being around other to go to the store for their needs. I was part of a team to produced thousands ads recruiting through Amazon Work Force Staffing. From social media, digital billboards, print advertising and transit billboards.

The campaign launched near the holidays, many of the ads gave a nod to the season but with a focus on the seriousness of the job market. The team adapted quickly to copy changes and design changes that would impact thousands of assets. Each asset went through quality control (QC) and uploaded to be sent through Amazon’s traffic process. All assets needed to be accurate and align with the branding for the campaign, attention to detail and organization were key in this process.

That year, Amazon hired 1 million people in part due to the campaign the Work Force Staffing team produced in a time of urgency and change.
